Speaking of contemporary art, my clients Lee Evans and Zach Lee’s (and yes, her name is now Lee Lee!) rehearsal dinner in San Antonio showcased a massive balloon installation by NY artist, Jason Hackenwerth, commissioned by the groom’s mother, collector, Jeannie Klein. The entire installation was then transported to the Blanton Museum in Austin.

Zach and Lee’s wedding will, at this point, go down as my most “Over the Top Texas Wedding,” because of the way in which every space was transformed into an “other-wordly universe,” thanks to the vision of floral guru, David Kurio and interior designer, Dee Ann Wilson.
